This roast is made with fresh Ezo deer meat procured directly from a hunter! The meat is tender and has no unpleasant odor! The rich, sweet Marsala sauce brings out the flavor of the lean meat even more. The fresh pepper sprinkled on top is also a nice accent.

The sauce is made by stewing Japanese beef in red wine for a whole day until it becomes tender.You can taste the deliciousness of Wagyu beef directly. The pasta used is also fresh, and its chewy texture goes perfectly with the Bolognese sauce.
