[5] Ragout of Hokkaido brown bear and porcini mushrooms with fresh pasta

This sauce is made by simmering aromatic vegetables and brown bear meat for a long time.A luxurious dish made with porcini mushrooms.

This is ice cream to cleanse your palate.

[7] Roasted Ezo deer leg meat, directly from the hunter, with grape and sansho pepper Marsala sauce

We source our venison directly from hunters, ensuring its freshness and complete lack of gamey taste.Serve with a sweet Marsala sauce.
